Rouge Brussels Sprouts

  1. Heat oil in saute pan on medium-high heat.
  2. Saute Brussels sprouts 8 to 10 min.
  3. or until caramelized.
  4. Stir in bacon and thyme.
  5. Remove from heat; stir in mustard.
  6. Top with cheese.
