Marinade For Chicken Recipe

• For approximately 3 lbs. chicken
• 1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil
• 2 or possibly 3 tbsp. red wine vinegar
• One small onion, minced
• 2 teaspoon garlic, minced
• 1 teaspoon anchovies
• Salt to taste
• Dash of paprika for color

1. Blend all ingredients together.
2. Marinate cut up chicken pcs and broil.
