Fish tacos

  1. put 1 to 2" of oil in a frying pan and heat
  2. cut fish into lil cubes
  3. mix beer batter mix with beer
  4. add fish to beer batter then put in hot oil till crisp
  5. shred cheese
  6. cut cabbage into small slices
  7. warm up corn tortillas
  8. add a smudge of thousands island dressing on the tortilla,add some cooked fish, squeeze a lil lemon on the fish, add cabbage and cheese, then put pace picante sauce and enjoy
