Appetizer Shrimp Kabobs Recipe

  1. Peel shrimp and devein; set aside.
  2. Combine lemon juice, oil soy sauce, parsley, onion, salt, pepper, and garlic in a shallow dish; set aside.
  3. Arrange shrimp on 6-inch bamboo skewers and place in marinade, turning to coat.
  4. Cover and chill 2 to 3 hrs.
  5. Remove shrimp from marinade, reserving marinade.
  6. Place shrimp on rack of a lightly greased broiler pan.
  7. Broiler 6 inches from heat 3 to 4 min on each side, basting occasionally with remaining marinade.
  8. Serve warm or possibly cool.
