Easy! Tasty! Sweet Potato Chips
- 1 large Sweet potato
- 1 Frying oil
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Water
- 1/2 tsp Soy sauce
- Thoroughly wash the sweet potato, then thinly slice.
- Soak the slices for 5 to 6 minutes.
- Thoroughly drain the excess water.
- Deep fry in 170C oil, occasionally turning them over until crispy.
- Thoroughly drain excess oil.
- Put the ingredients for the sauce in a frying pan, heat until the sauce starts to form large bubbles, then remove from heat.
- Lightly coat the chips in the sauce, then serve!
