Chicken with Grapes and Thyme

  1. Sprinkle chicken with some thyme and pepper.
  2. Cook chicken in a pan, set aside.
  3. Over medium heat in the same pan, heat oil and add grapes for 3 minutes or until hot.
  4. Set aside.
  5. Pour broth and wine in the skillet and bring to boil for 4 minutes.
  6. In a cup, dissolve cornstarch and cold water and add to the sauce.
  7. Stir in grapes and chicken juices; add 1/2 teaspoon thyme.
  8. Cook for 30 seconds.
