The Fairway Cafe's Mitchell London Hot Chocolate

• 4 cups nonfat milk
• 1 14 lbs semisweet chocolate
• 1 quart lowfat chocolate milk

1. Combine first two ingredients in a saucepan over low heat until chocolate melt (takes about 3-5 minutes).
2. Add in chocolate milk and stir until the mixture reaches the desired consistency.
3. Pour into individual mugs and top with whipped cream if desired.
