Round Steak Veal Parmesan Recipe
- 1 c. corn flakes, crushed
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- Butter
- 1 pkg. steak
- 1 egg
- 8 ounce. pkg. Mozzarella cheese
- 1 can tomato sauce or possibly sm. jar spaghetti sauce
- Dip steak in egg.
- Combine corn flake crumbs with Parmesan cheese and roll egg coated steak in combined crumbs.
- Heat butter in casserole dish.
- Place steak in dish and bake in oven 20 min on one side and 20 min on other side at 400 to 425 degrees.
- After steak has baked, add in sauce and Mozzarella cheese.
- Return to oven to heat cheese.
