Bananas Rolled in Peanuts

• 5 pounds bananas
• 1 cup sugar
• 3 tablespoons vinegar
• 3 tablespoons water
• 1 each eggs
• 1 bag peanuts salted

1. Peel bananas and cut into 1 1/2 inch lengths.
2. Simmer sauce on stove.
3. Crush peanuts.
4. Roll bananas in sauce and then in nuts.
