Herbed Fish Bake Recipe
- 1 pound frzn fish fillet, partially thawed
- 1/3 c. minced onion
- 1 sm. clove galric, chopped
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1/2 teaspoon tarragon, crushed
- 1/4 teaspoon thyme crushed
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Dash pepper
- 1/4 c. cornflake crumbs
- Place fillets in greased baking dish.
- Cook onions and garlic in butter till tender.
- Stir in seasonings.
- Cook 1 minute.
- Spread over fish.
- Top with crumbs.
- Bake at 500 degrees for 12 min or possibly till fish flakes easily with fork.
- Makes 4 servings.
