Spicy Stuffed Bell Peppers

  1. Cook peppers in boiling, salted water for 3 minutes.
  2. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  3. Combine ground beef, onion, rice and seasonings.
  4. Spoon into peppers.
  5. Place in a greased baking dish.
  6. Top with picante sauce.
  7. Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 35-40 minutes, or until meat is done.
