Pineapple-Ham Style Entree
- 1 pkg. frozen Worthington Ham-Style slices
- 1 1/2 c. pineapple juice
- 1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/4 c. raisins
- 1/4 c. margarine or butter
- whole cloves
- 8 slices pineapple (rings)
- Thaw entree slices before using.
- Melt margarine in baking dish or pan large enough to place slices individually, if possible.
- Stick cloves around sides of slices or scatter over top.
- Place in pan with melted margarine.
- Combine cornstarch and pineapple juice and blend until smooth.
- Add brown sugar and raisins. Mix well and pour over slices, covering well.
- Bake in a preheated 325u0b0 oven until sauce thickens, about 20 minutes.
- Baste several times during baking.
- About 5 minutes before removing from oven, place pineapple rings on top of slices, baste with sauce and leave in oven long enough to heat pineapple.
- Serve at once.
