Bread and Butter Pickles

  1. Let cucumbers stand in salted water (about 1/2 cup) for 2 or more hours.
  2. Drain and rinse.
  3. Stir all dry ingredients together.
  4. Add vinegar.
  5. Pour over cucumber and bell peppers.
  6. Boil 5 minutes.
  7. Pack in jars.
