Spiced Chicken Breast
- 1 chicken breast skinless
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp ground turmeric
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 1 dash salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- 1 tsp sweet paprika
- 1 tsp chili pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt and pepper
- Butterfly chicken breast then set aside
- I USED DRY SPICE RUB OPTION 2 ,,,,,Mix all spice and press to coat chicken
- With little coconut oil pan grill or bake it till lightly brown and cooked on both side for about 5 minute or longer depending on the thickeness of the chicken then leaving rest
- Serving option slice it up and serve with mustard spaghetti and enjoy
