Spiced Chicken Breast

  1. Butterfly chicken breast then set aside
  2. I USED DRY SPICE RUB OPTION 2 ,,,,,Mix all spice and press to coat chicken
  3. With little coconut oil pan grill or bake it till lightly brown and cooked on both side for about 5 minute or longer depending on the thickeness of the chicken then leaving rest
  4. Serving option slice it up and serve with mustard spaghetti and enjoy
