Hearty Beef 'N Potato Casserole Recipe
- 4 c. frzn potato rounds
- 1 pound grnd beef
- 10 ounce. frzn minced broccoli, thawed
- 1 can fried onions (Durkee) french fried
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1/3 c. lowfat milk
- 1 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 1/3 teaspoon pepper
- Place potatoes on bottom and upside of 8 x 12 casserole.
- Bake uncovered 400 degrees 10 min.
- Brown beef and drain.
- Place beef, broccoli, 1/2 can of onions in potato shell.
- Combine soup, lowfat milk, 1/2 c. cheese and seasonings.
- Pour over beef mix.
- Bake covered 400 degrees for 20 min.
- Top with remaining cheese and onions.
- Bake uncovered 2 to 3 min longer.
