Pork Stir-Fry

  1. Toss together pork strips, cornstarch, soy sauce, salt and pepper.
  2. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  3. Heat oil until hot.
  4. Add pork and garlic.
  5. Stir-fry.
  6. Add vegetables and mushrooms.
  7. Cook 1 minute.
  8. Mix hot water and bouillon. Add to pork.
  9. Mix cornstarch, 1 teaspoon soy sauce and cold water.
  10. Stir into pork.
  11. Heat to boil. Stir and boil 1 minute.
