Pork Stir-Fry
- 1 1/4 lb. pork, cut into small strips
- 1 tsp. cornstarch
- 1 tsp. soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 2 large cloves garlic, minced
- 4 ribs celery, diagonally sliced
- 4 green onions, sliced
- 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
- 1/4 c. hot water
- 1 tsp. chicken bouillon
- 1 tsp. cornstarch
- 1 tsp. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. cold water
- Toss together pork strips, cornstarch, soy sauce, salt and pepper.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Heat oil until hot.
- Add pork and garlic.
- Stir-fry.
- Add vegetables and mushrooms.
- Cook 1 minute.
- Mix hot water and bouillon. Add to pork.
- Mix cornstarch, 1 teaspoon soy sauce and cold water.
- Stir into pork.
- Heat to boil. Stir and boil 1 minute.
