Salemaani (Spicy Bread)

  1. Heat oil in a pan.
  2. Put chopped garlic in oil and cook till golden brown and starts smelling sweet.
  3. Now put the tomatoes and cook till they are soft.
  4. Now mash these with the spoon.
  5. Add salt, red chilly powder, green chillies to the tomatoes.
  6. Cook for 1 min on slow heat.
  7. Now add water and give it a boil.
  8. Cut the rotis into pieces and put these pieces to the sauce created in (5).
  9. Mix well and add corriander leaves.
  10. Cover and cook for 2mins.
  11. Serve hot in breakfast or snacks.
