Spicy Italian Style Seafood Stew #Ragu

  1. In a large saucepan heat olive oil and add the onions, saute about 5 minutes or until onions are soft and translucent.
  2. Add the garlic and poblano chile, saute additional 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add the chicken broth and simmer 20 minutes.
  4. Add Ragu Spicy Italian Style Sauce, garbanzo beans, arugula, shrimp and cod fillets.
  5. Return to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for another 5 minutes.
  6. Gradually stir in the goat cheese until heated through.
