Spicy Italian Style Seafood Stew #Ragu
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 12 onion, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 poblano chile, chopped
- 1 12 cups chicken broth
- 3 cups Ragu Pasta Sauce, spicy italian style sauce
- 1 cup garbanzo beans
- 1 cup arugula leaf
- 12 cup shrimp, cleaned and deveined
- 12 lb cod fish fillet, cut into bite size pieces
- 4 ounces goat cheese, crumbled
- In a large saucepan heat olive oil and add the onions, saute about 5 minutes or until onions are soft and translucent.
- Add the garlic and poblano chile, saute additional 2-3 minutes.
- Add the chicken broth and simmer 20 minutes.
- Add Ragu Spicy Italian Style Sauce, garbanzo beans, arugula, shrimp and cod fillets.
- Return to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for another 5 minutes.
- Gradually stir in the goat cheese until heated through.
