Napoleon dessert

  1. First cut pastry in squares and poke with fork then bake puff pastry as instructed by box
  2. Then mix sugar, flour, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Once combined add half and half cream
  4. Place mixture in saucepan until thicken and slowly add egg yolk, vanilla, and whipping cream one by one.
  5. Set aside to cool down until thicken.
  6. Can also place in frig to expedite time.
  7. Once pastries are cooled down, grab two pastry and put cream in between both pastry.
  8. Pinch some confectioners sugar on top, and that is it.
  9. Enjoy.
