Mom's Wild Rice Dressing Recipe

  1. Cook and drain wild rice; blend as per package instructions.
  2. In the meantime, slowly fry and crumble pork sausage.
  3. Saute/fry celery and onions in sausage drippings.
  4. Throw away drippings after sauteing.
  5. Blend sausage, celery, onions, rice blend, soups, bread cubes and mushroom slices.
  6. Season to taste.
  7. Bake at 325 degrees in a casserole dish for 1 hour.
