Broccoli-Walnut Salad

  1. Make Salad: Cut broccoli into florets.
  2. Peel tough skin of broccoli stalks and cut stalks crosswise into 1/4-in.-thick slices.
  3. Bring 1 in.
  4. water to boil in large saucepan fitted with a steamer basket.
  5. Add broccoli; steam 3 minutes.
  6. Immediately rinse with cold water to chill; drain well.
  7. Toss broccoli with onion and dried fruit.
  8. Make Dressing: Whisk all dressing ingredients except walnuts in small bowl.
  9. Toss with broccoli.
  10. Sprinkle with walnuts just before serving.
