Sesame Walnut Chicken(Lo-Cal)
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 clove garlic, minced or pressed
- 1/2 c. green onions, chopped
- 1 c. teriyaki sauce
- 1/4 c. sesame seed
- 1/4 c. chopped walnuts
- Remove skin and all fat from chicken breasts.
- Rinse with cold water and pat dry.
- Set aside.
- Add garlic and green onions to teriyaki sauce.
- Place chicken breasts in bowl.
- Pour marinade over.
- Cover and marinate about 1 hour.
- Mix sesame seed and walnuts.
- Remove chicken from marinade.
- Place in lightly oiled baking dish.
- Pour some of the marinade over and around chicken. Bake uncovered at 375u0b0 for 10 minutes.
- Sprinkle chicken with mixture of sesame seed and walnuts.
- Bake 10 to 15 minutes longer or until tender.
- Serve with wild rice and tomato wedges.
