Atsuage Wraps
- 1 Thinly sliced pork
- 1 one packet Atsuage
- 1 1/2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tbsp Sake
- 1/2 tbsp Sugar
- 1/2 tbsp Mirin
- If it's not too much trouble, please pour boiling water over the atsuage to drain the excess oil.
- Cut into 1 cm wide strips.
- Wrap with the pork.
- (I used thinly sliced pork loin this time.)
- Combine the ingredients.
- Saute in a heated frying pan.
- Since the fat comes out from the meat, you don't need to use oil.
- When the meat is cooked through, pour in the mixture, and simmer.
- Simmer over high heat while shaking the pan.
