Crispy Topped Stuffed Shells
- 1 jar (24 oz.) CLASSICO FAMILY FAVORITES Traditional Pasta Sauce
- 1 pkt. SHAKE N BAKE Seasoned Panko Seasoned Coating Mix
- 3/4 cup KRAFT Finely Shredded Italian* Five Cheese Blend
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 2 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 container (15 oz.) POLLY-O Original Ricotta Cheese
- 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained
- 18 cooked jumbo pasta shells
- 1 large tomato, chopped Safeway 1 lb For $1.29 thru 02/09
- Heat oven to 400F.
- Pour half the sauce into 13x9-inch baking dish.
- Mix coating mix, shredded cheese, Parmesan and seasonings until blended.
- Combine ricotta, spinach and 1 cup shredded cheese mixture; spoon into shells.
- Place over sauce in dish; top with tomatoes and remaining sauce.
- Cover.
- Bake 10 min.
- Top with remaining shredded cheese mixture; bake, uncovered, 15 min.
- or until heated through.
