Maple-Pecan Cream

• 1 tablespoon butter
• 34 cup coarsely chopped pecans
• 1 12 cups pure maple syrup
• 12 cup whipping cream

1. In a medium sauce pan melt butter over medium heat.
2. Add pecans.
3. Cook and stir for 1-2 minutes or until pecans are toasted.
4. Stir in pure maple syrup and whipping cream.
