Chilied Bean Dip Recipe
- 1 (16 ounce.) can kidney or possibly pinto beans, liquid removed and rinsed
- 2 or possibly more tbsp. finely minced canned or possibly fresh green chilies or possibly jalapeno peppers, to taste (optional)
- 1 tbsp. vinegar
- 1 teaspoon chili pwdr, or possibly to taste
- 1/8 teaspoon cumin
- 2 teaspoon chopped onion
- 2 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1.
- Place in the jar of a blender the beans, peppers (if used), vinegar, chili pwdr and cumin.
- Blend the ingredients till no longer lumpy not too smooth.

- Stir in the onion and parsley and serve.
