Asian BBQ Pork Wraps

  1. Combine barbecue sauce, hoisin sauce, ginger and garlic powder in saucepan.
  2. Bring to boil on medium-high heat, stirring frequently.
  3. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 10 min., stirring occasionally.
  4. Set aside.
  5. Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
  6. Add pork, red peppers and onions; cook 3 to 4 min.
  7. or until peppers are crisp-tender, stirring frequently.
  8. Stir in barbecue sauce mixture.
  9. Cook until heated through, stirring frequently.
  10. For each serving: Spoon 1-1/4 cups of the pork mixture down center of 1 tortilla.
  11. Fold in sides of tortilla, then roll up tightly, starting at bottom of tortilla.
  12. Cut diagonally in half to serve.
