Asian BBQ Pork Wraps
- 4-1/2 cups OPEN PIT Original Restaurant Recipe Barbecue Sauce
- 1-1/2 cups hoisin sauce
- 1 Tbsp. ground ginger
- 2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1-1/2 cups oil
- 1-1/2 gal. pork shoulder roasts, cooked, shredded
- 1-1/2 qt. red peppers, cut into thin strips
- 1-1/2 qt. green onions, sliced
- 24 each flour tortillas (10 inch)
- Combine barbecue sauce, hoisin sauce, ginger and garlic powder in saucepan.
- Bring to boil on medium-high heat, stirring frequently.
- Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 10 min., stirring occasionally.
- Set aside.
- Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
- Add pork, red peppers and onions; cook 3 to 4 min.
- or until peppers are crisp-tender, stirring frequently.
- Stir in barbecue sauce mixture.
- Cook until heated through, stirring frequently.
- For each serving: Spoon 1-1/4 cups of the pork mixture down center of 1 tortilla.
- Fold in sides of tortilla, then roll up tightly, starting at bottom of tortilla.
- Cut diagonally in half to serve.
