Sesame Pork Chops

  1. Whisk together ponzu, sesame oil, and ginger.
  2. Marinate chops for 4-48 hours.
  3. Discard marinade.
  4. Pat dry.
  5. Toss with enough sesame oil to coat.
  6. Season.
  7. Bake at 350 for approximately 25 minutes or until pork reaches desired doneness.
