Sesame Pork Chops
- 2 pork chops
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp ginger; minced
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp ground white pepper
- 1/2 cup ponzu ( lime soy sauce )
- 1/4 cup sesame oil
- 1 sesame oil; as needed
- 1 pinch salt
- Whisk together ponzu, sesame oil, and ginger.
- Marinate chops for 4-48 hours.
- Discard marinade.
- Pat dry.
- Toss with enough sesame oil to coat.
- Season.
- Bake at 350 for approximately 25 minutes or until pork reaches desired doneness.
