Stir fried bee hoon
- 3 clove garlic, chopped
- 200 grams bee hoon (rice vermicelli), soaked and drained
- 1 piece chinese sausage, chopped
- 3 eggs, crack into a bowl but not beaten
- 2 tsp cai pu (pickled chopped white radish)
- 3 tbsp sweet sauce
- 3 tbsp cooking oil
- Heat cooking oil in frying pan using low heat, stir fry garlic, sausage and cai pu for half minute.
- Add in bee hoon, then sweet sauce, chilli sauce and egg.
- Stir fry evenly.
- Ready to serve.
