Chicken Dumplings
- 3 ounces ground chicken
- 2 teaspoons pastry flour
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon beaten egg
- 1 spring onion, chopped
- 12 teaspoon cooking oil
- combine chicken, flour, cornstarch, egg, and onion.
- knead well.
- divide chicken mixture into four half circles and wrap in seweed.
- cook dumplings in oil, turning until golden brown on both sides.
- lower heat and cook 2 more minutes until cooked through.
