Cauliflower with curry & honey

• 1 large cauliflower
• 5 tbsp olive oil
• 2 tbsp honey
• 2 tbsp curry powder
• pinch salt

1. Preheat the oven on 250F.
2. In a basin cut the tender tops of the cauliflower and clean them with water.
3. Mix all ingredients in the basin and cook in the oven for 45 minutes
4. Every 10-15 minutes stir everything.
