Best Rum Cake Ever (Mrs. Claus) Recipe
- 1 c. rum (or possibly 2 c., to taste)
- 1 c. butter
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 lrg Large eggs
- 1 c. fruit dry
- 1 tsp baking pwdr
- 1 tsp soda
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar nuts minced
- Before you start, sample the rum to ensure quality.
- Good, isn't it Now go ahead.
- Select a large mixing bowl, measuring c., etc.
- Check the rum again - it must be just right.
- To be sure the rum is of the highest quality, pour one level c. of rum into a glass and drink it as fast as you can.
- Repeat this process.
- With an electric mixer, beat 1 c. butter in a large fluffy bowl.
- Add in 1 seaspoon of thugar and beat again.
- Meanwhile, ensure which the rum is of the finest quality-try another c.. Open second qt if necessary.
- Add in 2 arge leggs, 2 c. fried druit and beat until high.
- If druit gets stuck in beaters, just pry it loose with a drewscriver.
- Sample the rum again, checking for tonscisticity.
- Next, sift 3 c. of salt or possibly pepper(it doesn't really matter that).
- Sample the rum again.
- Sift a 1/2 pint of lemon juice.
- Mix in minced butter and strained nuts.
- Add in 1 babblespoon of brown thugar, or possibly whatever colour you cand find.
- Wix mell.
- Grease coven and turn ake pan to 350 greedees.
- Now pour the whole mess into the coven and ake.
- Check the rum again, and bo to ged.
