Flora's Bacon and Blue Burger
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Chicago steak seasoning
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp seasoning salt
- 1 several dashes whorchestire sauce
- 1 several dashes of hot sauce
- 1 several dashes of liquid smoke
- 1 pd. of Hamburger or turkey
- 2 oz blue cheese
- 2 oz blue cheese
- 3/4 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 2 Tbl. green onion
- Combine all the ingredients for the burger together, except the cheese, and pat out 4 thin burgers
- Put the cheese in the center of 2 of the burgers
- Put the other two pattys on top of the cheese and seal the burgers together sandwiching the cheese in the middle
- Fry the burgers in a med-high skillet until brown on both sides.
- While the burgers are browning, combine all the ingredients for the topping.
- When burger is thoroughly cooked, smear the topping on the top of the burgers and top with a lid so that the topping gets soft and melted
- Place on a toasted bun with several slices of bacon, lettuce, tomato...or any of your fave toppings.
- This burger needs NAPKINS!
