Tater Tots Beef Bake

• 1 12 lbs ground beef
• 1 14 cups water
• 2 (1 1/3 ounce) envelopes sloppy joe seasoning mix
• 1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
• 3 12 cups frozen cut green beans
• 1 (4 ounce) can mushroom stems and pieces, drained
• 6 cups frozen tater tots
• 1 cup mild cheddar cheese, shredded

1. In a Dutch oven, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain.
2. Stir in water and sauce mix.
3. Bring to a boil.
4. Reduce heat.
5. Simmer, uncovered for 3-5 minutes or until thickened.
6. Add tomato paste; stir until blended.
7. Add green beans and mushrooms.
8. Transfer to a greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish.
9. Top with tater tots.
10. Bake uncovered, at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
11. Sprinkle with cheese; bake 5-10 minutes longer or until heated through and cheese is melted.
