Blueberry-Graham Muffins

  1. Heat oven to 375F.
  2. Combine graham crumbs, sugar and baking powder in medium bowl.
  3. Whisk egg and milk in separate bowl until blended.
  4. Add to crumb mixture; stir just until moistened.
  5. Gently stir in blueberries.
  6. Spoon into 12 paper-lined muffin cups.
  7. Bake 18 to 20 min.
  8. or until lightly browned.
  9. Let stand in pan 5 min.
  10. ; remove to wire rack.
  11. Cool slightly.
