Angel's Stuffed Mushrooms

  1. Wipe mushroom caps clean with a cloth.
  2. Do not peel.
  3. Preheat oven to 180 degrees C/350 degrees F. Place mushrooms onto an oven pan.
  4. Cap side down.
  5. Sprinkle with the mixed chopped herbs, then top with some of the grated cheese and a light sprinkle of Balsamic vinegar.
  6. Add a slice of tomato, finally top off with the remaining cheese and a light sprinkling salt and pepper.
  7. Place in preheated oven until mushrooms are tender when tested with a skewer (about 30 minutes).
