Luscious Lemon Dessert

  1. Mix oleo, flour and pecans together and press into an 8-inch square baking pan; bake 15 minutes at 300u0b0.
  2. Whip cream cheese in mixer until fluffy.
  3. Add powdered sugar and lemon extract.
  4. Blend well.
  5. Fold in whipped cream.
  6. (Cool Whip is fine to use.)
  7. Spread this over baked, cooled crust.
  8. Prepare pudding using 1 1/2 cups milk instead of 2 cups as directed on package.
  9. Spread over cream cheese filling.
  10. Top with more whipped topping.
