Coconut Fruit Dip
- 1- 1/2 block Softened Cream Cheese, 8 Ounce Blocks
- 1 can (15 Oz. Size) Cream Of Coconut
- 1 tub Cool Whip, 16 Ounce Tub
- Shredded Coconut, Optional Garnish
- In a large yet pretty and festive bowl, beat cream cheese and cream of coconut until thoroughly blended.
- Kindly and gently fold in Cool Whip until well blended.
- Garnish with shredded coconut (toasted or not, whichever you prefer).
- Chill for at least three hours if you can resist the temptation to eat the dip straight out of the bowl with your fingers.
- Serve with chunks, pieces, and slices of fresh fruit.
- If youre feeling a little naughty, serve with graham cracker sticks or Teddy Grahams.
- If youre feeling a lot naughty (or if you worked through lunch and will absolutely gnaw your arm off before everyone shows up), eat the remaining half-a-block of cream cheese straight out of the foil before your guests arrive.
