MOCHA MUDSLIDE
- 1 cup 2% reduced -fat chocolate milk
- 2/3 cup sliced ripe banana
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp instant coffee granules
- 1/4 cup vanilla low-fat yogurt
- 1 whipped cream ( optional )
- Place first 4 ingredients in a blender; process until smooth.
- Place blender container in freezer; freeze 1 hour or until slightly frozen.
- Loosen frozen mixture from sides of blender container; add yogurt.
- Process until smooth.
- Serve immediately.
