Spumoni

• 4 cups vanilla fat-free frozen yogurt, softened
• 1/4 cup grated milk chocolate
• 2 tbsp. chopped maraschino cherries
• 1 tbsp. brandy
• 1 tsp. grated orange peel

1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
2. Stir well.
3. Cover and freeze at least 4 hours.
