Beef Potato Bake

  1. In shallow 1 1/2-quart baking dish, combine potatoes, oil and pepper.
  2. Firmly press mixture across bottom of pan and up sides of dish to form a shell.
  3. Bake, uncovered, at 400u0b0 for 15 minutes. In skillet, brown ground beef.
  4. Drain and stir in gravy mix, water and garlic salt.
  5. Bring to a boil.
  6. Add mixed vegetables; reduce heat to medium and cook 5 minutes.
  7. Stir in 1/2 cup cheese and 1/2 can of onions.
  8. Place in potato shell.
