So Very Easy Low Carb Meatloaf/Meatballs
- 4 lbs ground beef
- 4 tablespoons onion powder
- 4 tablespoons garlic powder
- 4 tablespoons parsley flakes
- 2 tablespoons file powder
- 2 teaspoons ground black pepper
- 2 teaspoons turmeric
- 4 tablespoons no-sugar-added tomato paste
- 4 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 5 eggs
- 1 cup finely minced onion
- 12 cup finely minced celery
- Place all ingredients in large mixing bowl.
- Mix well.
- use your hands.
- let the kids help.
- Have fun!
- Place in foil lined (for easy clean up) 9"x12" baking pan.
- Bake at 350 for 75 minutes.
- Immediately transfer meatloaf from pan to serving platter so that meatloaf does not absorb excess grease.
- Eat and enjoy!
- May also use this recipe for meatballs.
- Cooking time should be adjusted according to size of meatballs.
- Large--60 minutes.
- medium--45 minutes.
- small--30 minutes.
