So Very Easy Low Carb Meatloaf/Meatballs

  1. Place all ingredients in large mixing bowl.
  2. Mix well.
  3. use your hands.
  4. let the kids help.
  5. Have fun!
  6. Place in foil lined (for easy clean up) 9"x12" baking pan.
  7. Bake at 350 for 75 minutes.
  8. Immediately transfer meatloaf from pan to serving platter so that meatloaf does not absorb excess grease.
  9. Eat and enjoy!
  10. May also use this recipe for meatballs.
  11. Cooking time should be adjusted according to size of meatballs.
  12. Large--60 minutes.
  13. medium--45 minutes.
  14. small--30 minutes.
