Comfort Casserole

  1. Brown the ground beef and onion.
  2. Drain.
  3. Meanwhile, cook the egg noodles as directed.
  4. Mix cooked beef/onion, noodles, soup, corn, and all spices/seasonings in a casserole dish.
  5. Add a little bit of milk or water if it seems too thick.
  6. Top with cheese.
  7. Bake, covered, at 350 for 20 minutes.
  8. Uncover, bake for another 10-15 minutes or until cheese bubbles and browns slightly.
