Honey Pecan Pie
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) butter
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 to 1 cup (225 ml) honey
- 1/4 tsp (1 ml) salt
- 1 cup (225 ml) pecans, broken into pieces
- partially baked pie shell
- Beat eggs slightly.
- Add honey and butter warmed)and salt.
- Mix well, put in a partially baked pie shell and bake in a moderate oven, 350 degrees (175 C.) to 400 degrees (200 C.), for about 35 minutes.
