Salisbury Steak - Deluxe

  1. In a bowl, combine first 4 ingredients.
  2. Blend well; set aside. In another bowl, lightly beat egg; add crumbs, onion, salt, pepper and 1/4 cup cream of mushroom soup and mix.
  3. Add beef and mix well; shape into 6 patties.
  4. In large skillet, brown patties in oil and drain.
  5. Combine remaining soup with water; pour over patties. Cover and cook on low 10 to 15 minutes or until meat is done. Remove to dishes and pour sauce over; garnish with parsley.
