Pan Fried Layered Pork, Shiso and Cheese
- 100 grams Pork meat (thinly sliced)
- 3 leaves Shiso leaves
- 3 slice Easy melting cheese
- 1 Salt and pepper
- Coat a preheated frying pan with oil, spread out one slice of pork, and cook.
- After the pork has just about cooked through, place 1/2 slice of cheese on top.
- Place a shiso leaf on top of the cheese, place another half slice of cheese on top of that, and then stack 1 more slice of pork on top.
- Repeat steps 2 and 3 one more time, and flip over.
- Season the cooked side with salt and pepper.
- Cook the other side until golden brown, and it is done.
- Cut it into easy-to eat portion sizes with a knife.
