Pan Fried Layered Pork, Shiso and Cheese

  1. Coat a preheated frying pan with oil, spread out one slice of pork, and cook.
  2. After the pork has just about cooked through, place 1/2 slice of cheese on top.
  3. Place a shiso leaf on top of the cheese, place another half slice of cheese on top of that, and then stack 1 more slice of pork on top.
  4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 one more time, and flip over.
  5. Season the cooked side with salt and pepper.
  6. Cook the other side until golden brown, and it is done.
  7. Cut it into easy-to eat portion sizes with a knife.
