Turkey Creole

• 1 each onions large diced
• 1 1/2 each black pepper diced
• 3/4 cup celery diced
• 24 ounces tomatoes
• 4 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
• 3/4 teaspoon salt
• 4 cups turkey cooked, cut up
• 6 cups rice, cooked

1. Put everything except rice in crockpot.
2. Leave for most of the day.
3. Serve over cooked rice.
