Toscana Soup Ala Kerena

  1. Brown sausages and set aside.
  2. Bake bacon and set aside.
  3. Put bacon grease in pot and brown onions in it until almost clear, about 5 minutes over medium heat.
  4. Add garlic and cook 1 minute.
  5. Add chicken base, water and potatoes.
  6. Simmer 15 minutes.
  7. Add bacon, sausage, kale and evaporated milk.
  8. Simmer 4 minutes and serve.
