Oatmeal Scotchies

  1. Preheat oven to 375u0b0.
  2. In small bowl, combine flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon; set aside.
  3. In large mixer bowl, beat butter, sugar, brown sugar, eggs and vanilla extract until creamy. Gradually beat in flour mixture.
  4. Stir in oats and butterscotch morsels.
  5. Drop by tablespoons onto ungreased cookie sheets.
  6. Bake 7 to 8 minutes for chewier cookies, 9 to 10 minutes for crispier cookies.
  7. Makes about 4 dozen.
