Spicy Corn Chowder

  1. Put water, vegetble cubes and potatoes in pot.
  2. Boil until potatoes are done.
  3. Puree with immersion blender.
  4. Add rest of ingredients and simmer 20 min until the carrots are done.
  5. Fish out the bay leaf.
  6. Salt and pepper to taste.
